Every item the 1.6.2 game files define, plus every cosmetic: weapons, armour, lanterns, cells, currencies, tokens, dyes (paints), armour and weapon skins, emotes, titles, banners, flares and more. Search by name or ID, then copy the command that adds it, or pick several and copy them all at once.
How to add items and cosmetics to your character
Stacked
Currencies, materials, cells, tokens. You choose how many. On the launcher's Inventory page (Add another item by its ID), or with set.
Gear
Weapons, armour, lanterns, weapon parts, banners and flares, at level 0. On the Inventory page's Gear section, or with addgear.
Cosmetic
Dyes, skins, emotes, titles and the like are not items you hold a number of: they are unlocks. addcosmetic stores each one the way the game does (most as an unlock, some as a one-of-a-kind item) and skips what you already have.
Can't add yet
A few gear pieces (legendary parts, test rows) are not in the gear list yet, so the tools refuse them.
Close the game and stop its servers (the tools refuse while Dauntless is running).
Open PowerShell (Start, type powershell) and paste this once. It goes to your 1.6.2 folder and finds the Node.js the launcher uses:
Paste the command from an item (Copy command), or pick several items with Pick and copy the list at the bottom. '*' means every character on your account. To see your characters and what they own: & $node tools\items.js list
Start the game. Cosmetics show in their menus (dyes in the dye picker, skins in transmog, emotes on the wheel).
addcosmetic and the plain ID=count form need the 1.6.2 server files from Oct 16 (2026-10-16.8) or newer; the launcher gets them by itself. Only your own account is changed, never a friend's, and your save is backed up first (backup\inventory, last 10 kept).
